Be a part, no matter how far.
If you’re looking to be a part of a wonderful, diverse, loving, group that benefits the community, look no further. By supporting the ministries of East Lake UMC, you’re not only making our work possible, but you are truly being a part of something great, no matter where you live, no matter where (or if) you worship, and no matter who you know.
Generosity, in all forms, is a core part of who we are.
Time and time again throughout Scripture and Christian history, we see examples of people who have given generously and in response have received abundantly, far beyond what they could imagine. We often find growth and fulfillment in acts of generosity in and of themselves.
As United Methodists, we promise to uphold the church with our prayers, our presence, our gifts, and our service as people are baptized, confirmed, and welcomed into the church family as members. This holistic understanding of support represents that there are many valuable ways to be generous. All gifts, no matter what size or form, are tremendously important to the life of the church. Practicing generosity in any of these ways is an act of worship.
Though generosity is not one-size-fits-all, we pray you discover a meaningful way to give that blesses you infinitely in return and that feels good to you, yet still stretches, challenges, and engages your soul in new and beautiful ways.
