Each year, we have a variety of different ministry events that you are invited to take part in:
- Easter Eggs-travaganza (usually two Saturdays before Easter)
- Golf Tournament Fundraiser (last Monday in September)
- Halloween Carnival (October 31st) – This year’s flyer below
- Fall Arts and Crafts Bazaar (usually early November) – This year’s flyer below
- Christmas Party (usually mid December)
We hope to see you at all of our seasonal events! Check our Facebook page, Chimes newsletters, or contact us for updates about what exactly is coming up so you can mark your calendar or see how you might contribute!
Support and Supplies
If you’re wanting to donate supplies, some things we are probably looking for include small toys, handmade goods, school or craft supplies, decorations, pre-packaged snacks of some sort, etc. Email elumccomm@gmail.com for our most current list.
It takes a lot of people to make these events a success! We need a variety of sponsors and people to sign up to help prepare and set up for them beforehand. One of the most imporant things you can do is help spread the word! Share Facebook posts, invite your friends, and post flyers around town!
Even if you aren’t able to contribute leading up to the event, your participation is just as important! For example, the proceeds from the Golf Tournament and Fall Arts and Crafts Bazaar go to ELUMC ministries. Even just by golfing, encouraging golfers you know to register, or getting some holiday shopping done at the Bazaar, you are taking part in the good things going on.
